The Heroes in the Fight programs are being

Do you know someone whose ongoing, heroic work within your community deserves to be recognized? To nominate a hero you know, simply click on the link below and follow the instructions on the nomination form. The process is simple and takes just a few minutes to complete.

Nominate a hero.

Each nominee will be recognized with a congratulatory letter and invitation to an upcoming recognition event. A selection committee created by the partner advocacy organization will choose exemplary “heroes” to be honored guests at the event. Lilly USA is responsible for the program concept and costs but will not be involved in the nomination process, selection of honorees, or event planning. A third-party vendor, VMS, has been selected to work with each advocacy organization partner to plan and implement these programs.

You can nominate multiple individuals for recognition. Please submit a separate form for each nominee.
